Gay Student? You're Kicked Out

Thursday 13 June 2013

Today, I've visited Reddit.com and I'm amazed with the news titled, “Danielle Powell, Grace University Student Kicked Out For Being Lesbian, Must Repay Thousands.” I've clicked the resource URL and read down the whole story including some of the thousand comments.

Some expressed their  opposition of the school's action towards the incident. I understand some just want to sympathize to the involved student. On the other hand, there are people understands the school rules and gives out sympathy to the school's administrators.

In my point of view, I believe the groups have their own points. I cannot say this side here is wrong and the other side is right. However, I believe that whatever issues between the two sides can be resolve in a quite and peaceful manner. It could have been only between them.

What I am trying to say here is that the student involved could have been responsible enough about her actions. The school administrators could have been loving and forgiving since they are imposing Christian character at school.

Two things I've learned from this story are: be responsible and be forgiving. So, let us all act like a mature person.

Steps of Choosing the Right ISP for Students in UK

Monday 18 March 2013

Writing essays is for sure requires the research process. Today, you can do the research easily by using the internet. It is only possible if you have the stable ISP or the Internet Service Provider. I understand students need a stable connection. So, how are they going to know that their ISP is the best provider?

I did a little research for students in UK who are doing their essays or dissertations. I call this the steps of choosing the right ISP for students in UK. Just follow through and you’ll not get lost.

1. The Price. Make sure you pay the right price for the right speed. Of course, we need to be practical today.

2. The Speed. Is it the right speed that I wanted? You don’t want a lagging net, right?  So, make sure it’s the speed you want to have.

3. Know the bundle.  Make yourself be acquainted with the bundle you are availing. It is still best to avail the best bundle at lowest price.

4. Check out for promotion.  Of course, you are a student so you always wanted the best service at lowest price. This is only available during promotion.

A stable connection is a requirement for a student in UK who always wanted to get essays or dissertations be done as soon as possible. These four steps sound so easy yet if you don’t’ take this seriously, regret is the last thing you can do because you have not finish your school project.

Pen and Papers for My UK Essays?

Thursday 28 February 2013

Coursework writing sounds easy.  Students need to read a bit, scribble a draft, and pronto!  UK essays are ready for submission.  This picture is idyllic.  But, sadly, it’s just not what students experience.

Oftentimes, students scramble for ideas to build.  At other times, the astounding number of resource material becomes an ever-challenging hill to climb.  Perhaps, they need to look at what made their fiasco a fiasco.

Is it the content, the vocabulary used, or the style?  Perhaps, it is the manner of preparation?  At this rate, let this list of “pen and papers” be a stumbling students’ guiding light.

Pen and papers were two of the crudest materials utilised by students and scholars in their pursuit for truth.  They’d take the pen and stroke its inky tip against a crusty clean leaf of paper.  And to this day, students remain to use them to create UK essays.

Now, let this ancient function denote a symbolic meaning for other instruments of creation.  And the list starts with:
1) Books – textbooks, reference books, handbooks, or manuals.  These resources are here to stay and accompany the diligent student.  A testament of its immortal form is its digitised versions, and the fact, that a great population of writers remain to love the “feel” of a physical book.

2) Journal articles – particularly, the peer-reviewed ones.  These materials are accessed via a library’s archive- or database-systems.  Most university and college students are entitled to their access; however, more resources are available online via paid and free subscriptions.

3) Media paraphernalia – newspapers, newswires, magazines, et cetera.  Some course programs, academic endeavours, or tutors do allow the use of these resources in UK essays.  However, students are cautioned against the exaggeration characteristic in some of these media-related pieces.

4) Human resources – interviews, surveys and questionnaires.  Not everything has to come out of inanimate resources; students are also encouraged to forge a link between these people.  At this rate, students are encouraged to take their manners seriously.

These materials don’t simply provide information to which will support students’ arguments/claims.  Rather, it also adds value to that hard-worked piece.
